Rapid's design team is able to calculate and visualise the most efficient and functional use with our office space planning modelling techniques and powerful software.

Space Planning is a four-stage process that works through the interior space planning and furnishing options available to you given your environment, your requirements and your resources.

Stage 1: Consultation
Rapid's designers meet with the client to discuss and define requirements, resources, limitations and the ultimate goal of the furnishing project.

Stage 2: Site Survey
We conduct a complete site survey to provide us with a template for modelling.

Stage 3: Design
Using Computer Aided Design (CAD) we produce 2D and 3D scale models of possible office space planning installations.

Stage 4: Presentation
We present our findings, models and office plans for the client to select their favoured solution.
